		<description>this came up today during a discussion on ethics at blogpotomac, incidentally, and I remembered reading about it here (cause I&#039;m a good stalker lurker from the chhs set) but I had forgotten about the &quot;add a bit that will get pulled with the scrape&quot; strategy of dealing with it.  I have a lot to write from the whole day, but I&#039;ll get it up at my site in the next couple if you&#039;re still around.</description>
